Storage Logistics Director

Fast emerging transport company requires Director of storage logistics.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Organization and management of the storage logistics processes: intake, offloading, allocation, relocation, packaging, picking and loading of goods;
- Submission of documentation (both within the company division, and in link with other divisions);
- Finding customers, business with existing clients;
- Personnel management: development of optimal motivational schemes, organization of training;
- Organization of record and storage of goods in the warehouse;
- Carrying out inventory and involvement in it;
- Effective assignment of tasks and supervision.

- Higher education, additional education (storage logistics) is an advantage;
- Experience in similar jobs;
- Knowledge of English, Latvian and Russian languages;
- Skills of organizing warehouse activities (establishment and monitoring of all warehouse business activities);
- Ability to set distinct tasks, optimize store, time and human resources;
- Advanced IT skills, usage of office equipment;
- Knowledge of the warehouse document circulation;
- Self-organization, systematic thinking, initiative approach to work, advanced management skills.
