Store Manager

What's the Role?

We’re looking for Hilti Store Manager joining Latvian sales team and driving customer satisfaction and the promotion of the Hilti brand through successful operation, sales and customer's service.

What does the role involve?

• The purpose of the role is to lead daily operations and processes of Hilti store/ Customer Service team in Latvia.
• The responsibilities will as well include selling of Hilti products and services, consulting customers and ensuring high level of customer satisfaction.
• Between serving customers, you’ll carry out day-to-day processes like entering orders, receiving goods, accepting repairs and managing cash and inventories based on internal control system requirements.
• It will be important to lead changes in processes and activities, proactively think on improvements possible, challenge status quo and work on principles for smooth cooperation with sales team.

We have more than 250,000 interactions with our customers every day. It’s how we get to know their businesses, understand their needs and develop the precise products and services that will help them.

What you need is:

• Ability to challenge status quo and initiate improvements.
• Previous experience in customer service and leading daily processes and activities will be considered as advantage.
• Resilient personality with willingness to learn.
• Accuracy and high accountability of job quality.
• High dedication to customer satisfaction and internal teamwork.
• Strong communication skills, with fluent Latvian and good knowledge of English, Russian will be considered as advantage.
