We are currently looking for a Store Manager for our store in TC "VIA Jūrmala Outlet", Rīgas rajons, Piņķi, Jaunā iela 12

• proper and effective management of the functioning of the store
• managing a team
• achieving sales targets
• preparation of work schedules
• training of employees in accordance with the developed proprietary sales training program
• active customer service
• cash register service
• taking care of the appearance and design of the store in accordance with our Visual Merchandising policy
• building positive relationships with the client
