Job Description

The position will involve an internal contact with company’s employees where you should provide all the necessary support to your colleagues and mainly to direct management. There will also be a lot of communication with the suppliers and clients via phone and e-mail - this is where the English bit comes in. There will be a lot of paper work with this job, a lot of interaction, and a bit of Secretarial duties as well.


Requirements

Excellent MS Office skills are required, as well as effective communication and interpersonal skills, flexible approach to work and the ability to work as a member of a team. You must have good attention to detail, high quality organisational skills, be persistent and precise along with being able to remain calm under pressure.

You should be well motivated and have relevant experience working in a demanding international sales-office atmosphere.
