Supply Chain Specialist Assistant

SIA "Cakes & Bakes Latvia", currently operating 5 F&B outlets at Riga airport, is seeking for personnel to join its team for the new developments - Supply Chain Specialist Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

• provide support on all warehouse operations;
• control of product receipts and invoices;
• daily communication with vendors in regard of product deliveries and quality;
• entering prices, controlling products in company’s system;
• preparing reports on purchasing and product sales.

• work experience in relevant position - preferably in F&B industry;
• knowledge of the supply chain and stock control processes;
• good written & spoken communication skills in Latvian, English and Russian;
• able to quickly adjust among constant changes;
• strong problem-solving skills;
• excellent knowledge of Excel, including Pivot tables;
• attention to details;
• ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
