Job Description

You will be centrally responsible for coordinating billing support activities for a market area (3 – 5 countries). Your tasks will be to support the local billing managers with prioritization and follow up of problem reports or support requests that are escalated to Tele2 Billing. You will be the main interface between the central and the local billing organisations as well as dealing with support related day-to-day activities and make sure that quality standards are met. You will work closely and cooperate a lot with our customers i.e. the countries that we are serving as well as with other interfaces within Tele2 Billing such the Operations department and the Application Maintenance department. You will report directly to the manager of the support department.


Requirements

You are a generalist who has the ability to handle people as well as technical issues in large volumes. You have a proven track record in similar areas of work within an international environment. As a person you are enthusiastic, open-minded and positive, motivated by the challenges of a very dynamic environment. You are a self-starter, able to work under pressure and flexible to changing priorities, still very well organized and methodical. You have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as highly developed analytical skills. In addition to very good English skills you can speak minimum one other language spoken within the EU. Experience from working within a shared service centre is an advantage.
