Support Specialists and Support Teamleaders
Works with finding solutions to non-standard problems, making country specific configuration changes to billing system, support operations in their daily work etc. Teamleaders will be responsible of organizing the work in their groups and making sure quality standards are met. Degree or equivalent experience in either IT or telecom needed. Oracle, UNIX and SQL skills on advanced user level is required.
Requirements
The aim of Tele2 Billing is to create an international team of professionals who could serve all markets where Tele2 is present. For that reason we encourage a multicultural environment where good English skills is a prerequisite.
