Swedish Team Leader for NETS company

As a Team Leader, your responsibility will include achieving employee, client, and shareholder satisfaction through effective people leadership. The tasks also include leading operations, quality assurance, coaching, reporting, and following up on measurable production results. You will report directly to your Business Manager.

Join us as a Team Leader with Swedish language skills in the NETS department!

In this role, you will:

• Be responsible for motivating the team to reach both Trascom and client targets,
• Work with the agents to develop their skills to deliver the best possible customer service,
• Collaborate with the QAs, Trainers, and other TLs to improve the market results,
• Be in close contact with the client and represent both your team and Transcom,
• Ensure that the team is disciplined and follows RTM instructions,
• Take full ownership and be an example to your team.

• Coaching or training experience,
• Proficiency to influence the actions of others,
• Self-motivation and target-driven personality,
• Willingness to set priorities and to reach the goals of the company and its Clients,
• Strong, inspiring, and people-oriented personality,
• Flexibility, ability to plan time effectively,
• Knowledge of the Swedish language (at least B2 level) and good English language skills.
