Target and Retarget Advertising Specialist

ITLABS22 is looking for a target / retarget advertising specialist who understands the mechanisms of product marketing and competent retargeting settings.

Your responsibilities:

• Creation, maintenance, support, and analysis of advertising campaigns based on retargeting
• Preparation and publication of ad banners, work in conjunction with the design department
• Creation of graphic and text materials, editing them in advertising campaigns
• Generation of ideas for campaign optimization
• Management of advertising budgets and their efficient distribution
• Daily optimization of advertising campaigns and analysis of their effectiveness, budgeting, readjustment according to the situation
• Continuous optimization and scaling of successful advertising campaigns
• Monitoring, testing, tracking behavioral factors, and adjusting advertising campaigns
• Preparation of reports (both planned and unscheduled at the request of the management)
• Building an audience and engaging it. Setting up retargeting campaigns in accordance with the target audience and set objectives
• Analysis of competitors
• Close communication with the media advertising department

Our expectations:

• At least 2 years of experience in display advertising and setting up targeted and retargeted ad campaigns
• Understanding of the principles of targeted advertising
• Understanding the capabilities of various marketing tools
• Ability to write engaging texts in English
• Knowledge of graphic and multimedia programs (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro X)
• Multitasking, creativity, creativity, and attention to detail
• A systematic approach, the presence of a strategic vision of promotional campaigns, independence, responsibility, the ability to set priorities, stress resistance, and high analytical skills
