Tariff Specialist/Business Controller

The purpose of your work is to hold the leading role in the preparation of tariff projects according to the tariff calculation methodology under the local regulatory scheme. A significant part of your work will be implementing improvements to the Regulator's reporting and tariff calculation systems using Adven group's financial analysis tools. You will be responsible for performing the tasks with high quality and ensuring the accuracy of financial data, and other relevant operational KPIs. To deliver proactively meaningful, fact-based, and reliable information about the financial position, performance, changes, and corrective actions needed for the future in a regulated business environment.

Your main duties will be:

• Preparation of tariff projects according to the tariff calculation methodology.
• To maintain an effective relationship with the Regulator.
• To correspond on the daily basis with the regulator on tariff projects.
• To perform closing procedures during monthly closing and prepare tariff report.
• To control the distribution of costs.

• University degree in finance, or economics in a similar field.
• Professional experience in a similar role in a regulated environment.
• Understanding accounting principles and operation.
• Excellent MS Office, and Excel skills, and knowledge of D365 will be considered an advantage.
• Accuracy, consistency, and, integrity.
• Initiative and ability to coordinate and lead projects.
• Development ability and constant desire to develop.
• Proficient Latvian and English language skills.

• Monthly remuneration of 1700 to 1900 EUR gross.
