Team Lead (IT Development)

In short the main focus of the team is on Software Development as we take our next steps towards more digital banking. What defines a team lead for OpenEdge development is both the technical ownership and knowledge in IT practices, as well as people management and talent development.

Responsibilities:

• Manage solution design, development, enhancement and maintenance in accordance with IT strategy and Enterprise architecture.
• Plan and follow up, prioritize, deliver, ensure that team follows the Luminor and IT regulations in all aspects.
• Explain technical issues and IT solution strategies to stakeholders and other IT professionals.
• Organize the review of team members’ work outcome to ensure quality, reusability and efficiency of developed components.
• Ensure creation of design and technical documentation and facilitate best practices and knowledge sharing among the team.
• Propose and drive options for optimization and improvements of existing IT solutions.
• Ensure effective collaboration with external and internal partners as needed.
• Organize, engage and motivate unit employees through building a strong team, coaching and developing talent in the team.

Skills and experience:

• 3+ year experience of Software Development.
• Previous OpenEdge experience will be considered as an advantage.
• 1+ year experience in a Senior or Team Leading role.
• Architecture and Application design concepts knowledge.
• Advanced English: fluent in spoken and written communication.
• Bachelor's degree.
