Team Lead

• Manage several teams up to 8 people (in total up to 60 employees).
• Monitor and assure high-quality standards focused on employees performance during the shift.
• Evaluate employees performance.
• Work on individual employees improvement (1on1 conversations, training, improvement plan).
• Achieve monthly goals set by the company.
• Organize performance lessons.
• Organize communication lessons.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team.

• Ability to work in flexible schedule (D-peak / N-peak).
• Excellent English and Latvian skills; Russian - preferably.
• Intermediate Excel knowledge.
