Technical Account Manager at Aspiro TV AS

Aspiro TV is looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager. The ideal candidate should have experience from customer facing roles in IT or Telecommunications and posses working knowledge from ITIL best practices as well as agile and lean methodologies.

Responsibilities include managing daily customer relationships and delivery of projects, handling incident and problem management processes as well as operationally managing the monthly service and SLA reporting. Typical projects include deployment and development of new TV & VOD services, developing new reports, and deploying TV channels and other operational coordination. We expect a keen sense for identifying and capitalizing on opportunities within services and projects being managed. The applicant should know how to collaborate with engineers, developers and customers. This position will report directly to the COO.

Key Responsibilities • Project management • Customer relationship management • SLA management and service performance reporting • Incident and Problem management, coordinating work based on ITIL best practices • Work on resource planning and lead recruitment of new team members • Management of live services Skills and Experience • 3+ years experience from leading software development projects • Proactive and capable of prioritizing tasks and projects • Analytic problem solver and trouble shooter with a cross functional awareness • Innovative, flexible and able to view products from the end-user’s point of view • Quick to learn and adapt • Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal • University Degree or relevant IT qualifications We also appreciate • Relevant ITIL and project management certifications • Proven track record from managing projects delivered to large telecommunications, media and broadcasting companies • Process development experience • Understanding and experience from DevOps methodology • Knowledge and experience as SCRUM product owner or similar role
