Job Description

At present we are looking for a result-driven, accurate and highly energetic individual to fill the position of Technical Sales Support Latvia. The right candidate can start either part-time or full-time.


  • Good knowledge and understanding of the modern data communications and IP services,
  • Experience and ability to as sales support and customer support for internet access and IP VPN solutions
  • Customer focused, responsive, commercial attitude
  • Highly accurate and well organized
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Self-motivated, flexible, reliable, personable and inventive
  • Technical Background
  • Bachelor level education or level obtained through experience
  • Very good knowledge of Latvian, Russian and English.
  • 2-3 years relevant experience preferably in telco/IT environment
  • Understanding of the key stages of a sales cycle
  • Ability to work with MS Office Tools (Excel, Word, Power Point, MS Project)

  • Satisfied customers and prospects
  • Quality bids, delivered in time
  • Accurate reporting
  • Accurate follow up of bids
  • Overall efficiency in the bid process
  • Decreased ‘time to bid’
  • Optimal bid hit rate
  • Professional team approach

  • Record relevant information in Bid Management and client databases
  • Manage responses to Requests for Proposals.
  • Support to local Sales team, bid management and implementation team
