Technical Solutions Consultant

About the Job

As a Technical Solution Consultant, you will be working within one of our customer teams, providing solutions tailored to particular customer’s functional and technical requirements. You will also be establishing and maintaining test environments and testing automation for specific solutions in order to provide the best quality deliverables to our customers.

On a daily basis Technical Solution Consultants are:

• Consulting internal and external stakeholders about the team’s customers’ solution specifics and deployments.
• Maintaining team’s customer specific test environments regularly upgrading the Card Suite platform and 3rd party software (e.g. Oracle).
• Creating and maintaining automated tests.
• Participating in small change development & implementation (remotely and on customer premises).
• Keeping customer specific technical information up-to-date in internal systems and repositories.

We expect candidates applying to this position to have:

• Bachelor's degree (or student of final years) in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in technical consulting and/or software testing/development.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Oracle DBMS and Unix/Linux operating systems and commands.
• Basic Python skills.
• Ability to speak and write in English, Latvian. Russian would be an advantage.
• Excellent problem solving, analytical, collaboration and communication skills.
• Excellent team player.
• Experience in payment business (banking, cards) would be an advantage.
