Job Description

• Configuration and maintenance of LAN switches, WiFi equipment, data security solutions (Firewalls, Session Border Controllers).
  
• Ensuring safe and continuous work of IT&T networks and security.
  
• Providing technical support and consulting to the clients of the Company.
  
• Coordinating and resolving upcoming technical problems.
  
• Development of technical projects and solutions for sales department.
  
• Conducting technical pre-sales to enterprises.
  
• Work is not related to PC/server/DB administration and software development.

Requirements

• High school Diploma or University Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  
• Experience in connected field, experience working with data switching and network security solutions.
  
• Previous work experience of IT&T pre-sales or technical support and consultancy for enterprises would be an advantage.
  
• Excellent conceptual and analytical problem solving abilities.
  
• Fluent Latvian and English required, Russian is preferred.
  
• Communication, presentation and decision making skills.
  
• Ability to learn, to work independently as well as in a team.
