AG Technologies LTD – a dynamic, adaptable, and highly skilled company with a strong reputation in the global industrial services market – is currently hiring for the position of:

MOBILE COMMUNICATION INSTALLATION SPECIALIST abroad.

  • Install, configure, integrate, and commission mobile network base station equipment (Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia).
  • Perform routine maintenance and fault diagnostics on base stations.
  • Install mobile network equipment on towers and rooftops (work at height).
  • Handle fiber optics, coaxial, and AC/DC cabling (up to 1000V).
  • Set up and align PCN and MICROWAVE antennas.
  • Rotation-based (6 weeks on / 3 weeks off; flexible scheduling available).

Requirements

  • Knowledge of mobile communication technologies (GSM/UMTS/LTE).
  • Experience with indoor and outdoor mobile system installations.
  • Familiarity with equipment from Nokia, Ericsson, Huawei, Samsung, and others.
  • Practical experience working with telecom hardware and cabling.
  • Electrical background or formal qualification (preferred).
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Fluent in English and Russian (spoken and written).
  • Proactive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong safety awareness and commitment to safe work practices.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Experience working at heights.
