Job Description

As Territory Manager - Consumables (Latvia) you are responsible for ensuring annual targetsare met across the Endodontics and Restorative portfolio, working closely with the dealers' salesteams to provide that sales and revenue targets are in line with business objectives and activelytaking part in numerous sales events, product demonstrations, and promotions. In this position,you will identify sales development potential by effectively influencing dental clinicians, dealers,dental schools, institutions, and group practices. You will be reporting on competitors’ activitiesacross your region, working closely with the marketing team and Commercial Leader. 

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Influencing the market and creating demand in order to develop sales.
  • Creating new solutions in response to emerging challenges in the field.
  • Coordinating and conducting product training for customers and dealers‘ sales teams.
  • Developing and maintaining good relationships with key personnel including all relevant sales and market customers.
  • Supporting local marketing activities (educational events, universities partnership, local congresses and exhibitions, KOLs management) and Regulatory Affairs’ support.
  • Collaborating on marketing programs by monitoring and providing accurate tracking, reporting, andfollow-up to ensure a consistent and professional marketing campaign.
  • Professionally managing and processing customer complaints in accordance with Dentsply Sirona procedures.
  • Acting as the customer’s expert on focus products.
  • Working with the Clinical Educators in regards to KOL meetings / presentations.
  • Meeting the sales and expenditures budgets given by Commercial Leader.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years sales experience, dental consumables sector (dental manufacturer &distributors background) is preferred but not must.
  • Experience in managing a large territory.
  • Higher technical education or one related to dentistry.
  • Previous experience in supporting, advising, and training customers (dentists, universities, dental distributors).
  • High skills in managing the whole sales process, from gathering new accounts to the aftersales service.
  • Good level of English.
  • Ability to interpret complex business information and analytics.
  • Excellent presentation skills through digital channels as well as face-to-face meetings.
  • Willingness to travel (60% - 80%), obtains a driving license.
