Tour co-ordinator

Take he oppurtunity to work in Tallinn the beutiful capital of Estonia just 4 hours drive from Riga. We are a small team and have a very flat organization so everyone is ready to work with what have to be done including ceo/owner. Sometimes it can of course be hectic but we try our best to make work a fun place as well! Note that our working language is English.

Making bookings and communicating with clients
Working with our booking system
Organising tour schedules
Assisting our tour leaders from the office
Preparing lists for hostels, ferries etc
Booking buses, hotels etc for tours
Administration, such as preparing documents for accounting and making bank transactions
Representing Scanbalt at meetings, expos etc
Some travelling

Essential:
A big interest for travelling and to work in a travel company
Some experience of administration
Some experience from tourism busniess
Flexible, social, relaxed and service minded
Good in planning and working independently
Good in communication both with indivuduals and group
Good knowledge in English
Driving license for car
Basic computer skills

Appreciated
Knowledge in Russian, Estonian, Finnish or Scandinavian languages
Experience from working with booking systems
Experience from travelling in Scandinavia, Russia and the Baltic Region
