Job Description

As a Trading Operations Administrator you will be responsible to settle trades - ensure that they are booked on accounts, confirmed and paid correctly and in time. You will also provide support on phone and in written to customers, traders and other stakeholders. You will work in an international environment in close cooperation with other teams in Riga and international sites. Together with other team members, you will also work on process improvements.

• Ability to work with standard processes and follow instructions
• Ability and willingness to work as part of the team in a high pace environment
