Job Description

• Cash flow projections gathering and reviewing, reporting system supervision and responsibility for timely fulfillment and collection;
  
• Monitor bank accounts and internal processes for proper and secure transactions;
  
• Coordination and supervision of negotiations with banking and insurance institutions regarding cooperation terms, best offer initialization;
  
• Monitor foreign exchange exposure and evaluate hedging alternatives, offer them for further review to decision makers;
  
• Cooperation with finance and accounting department as well as with other departments regarding transactions, exposures, cash flow and accounts.

Requirements

• Higher education in finance, banking field;
  
• Good analytical and quantitative skills, ability to analyze processes and drive simple outcomes;
  
• Experience with process simplification and “best practice” development;
  
• Ability to explain, cooperate and maintain own opinion, good communication skills;
  
• Accounting processes, bank services and practices, internal financial procedures knowledge;
  
• Proficiency with automated bank information systems;
  
• Ability to prioritize tasks and readiness to do routine and administrative work;
  
• 6+ years experience within relevant position in international company;
  
• Fluent Latvian, Russian and English (spoken and written);
  
• Knowledge of specialized software (ERP, financial), proficient overall computer user skills.
