Grāmatvedis/-e

• Assisting in the company's financial director;
• Ensure the quality of incoming and outgoing invoices reports in ERP system;
• Take the company's financial performance analysis, generate reports and reviews for the company's management;
• Tax and statistics reports preparation and submission to state authorities (for example VAT, Intrastat, etc.);
• Be responsible for accountancy procedures in company in Riga;
• Control inventory and stock;
• Control debtors and creditors payments;
• Monthly account reconciliations;
• Prepare monthly operational balance and profit and loss calculation;
• Participate in monthly financial reviews;
• Participate in budget preparation;
• Assistant`s work coordination.

• Work experience with ERP systems;
• Experience in accounting or finance production company desirable 3-5 years;
• Higher education in economics, accounting or finance;
• Excellent knowledge in MS Excel;
• Good knowledge of Latvian and English;
• Accuracy and high sense of responsibility;
• Communicative personality, which focuses on development.
Preferred requirements:
• Russian and / or Swedish language skills;
• Experience with Infor M3 / Movex systems
