Guest Services Associate

• Answering internal and external telephone calls through the switchboard
• Maintains safety deposit boxes and envelopes for guests
• Taking messages and forwarding them on to the appropriate person
• Must handle guest requests and complaints in an effective way
• Makes public address announcements as needed

• Fluent in English: speak, read, write
• Good knowlegde in one of German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese or French
• Equivalent previous experience in hotels
• Proactive, team player, problem solver
• Customer service / guest relation oriented
