Your main responsibility is to support all users with IT related matters, solve IT problems, follow the order of jobs, document completed jobs and help with the development and maintenance of IT Support team services. Requirements
We are looking for you, if you have:
• earlier experience in providing IT Support
• knowledge of Mac OS (advantage),
• advanced knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office
• very good level of Latvian (must), English (must) and Russian (advantage) in speech and writing
• very good self-expression skills
• internal drive for excellence and getting things done
• good problem-solving skills
• business mind-set, proactive attitude and enjoy working in a team
