Job Description

  • Sells rental products according to sales Responsible for making reservations, client complaint management, billing the customer.
  • Optimizes vehicle reservation with highest efficiency.
  • Assures vehicle purposeful and efficient usage. Monitors rented vehicle cleanliness and that they are in good shape.
  • Checks returned vehicle damages.
  • Organizes returned vehicle pre-rent procedures quick as possible.
  • Communicates with credit card companies, Avis, Budget offices over the world.
  • Vehicle delivery to and from clients.
  • Responsible for client satisfaction. WORK ENVIRONMENT, CONDITIONS
  • Operationg time of 9 hours per day according to working schedule.
  • Environment: mostly in office.
  • Main tools: phone, computer, tablet pc.
