ACMI Leasing Broker

Our greatest asset is our employees and therefore we are looking for highly motivated, educated and talented individual to join our team as an ACMI and Leasing specialist broker – serving clients across the globe, in all aspects of aircraft charter and leasing. ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, Insurance) Leasing Broker – Responsibilities include’s, but are not limited to:

Planning, Arrangement and Coordination of ACMI leasing, ACMI flights, Cargo Flights and Group charter's.

Liaising with external providers – operators, handling agents, FBOs, concerning current and upcoming company flights.

To maintain and grow the company bespoke database system.

To actively market the company services to existing and new prospect airline customers by telephone and e-marketing to develop new areas of business.

To produce ACMI contracts and paperwork applicable to your work and support the rest of the ACMI leasing team when required.

Contacting airline operators on a weekly basis to gather availability and update our short-term aircraft availability system.

Negotiate and maximise potential margins on all enquiries.

Worldwide travel opportunities.

Responsible for the day to day data management of our bespoke Customer Relationship.

Brokering ACMI lease enquiries out of office hours as required.

Generally assisting other team members with administration, creating contracts and documents from our standard templates.

ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, Insurance) Leasing Broker – requirements and qualifications:

Interest in aviation industry.

High degree of IT skills.

Highly target driven individual, motivated to "Win=Win" business model.

Excellent time management skills to ensure rigorous contract and project deadlines are met.

Good written and communication skills.

Fluency in English and Russian language.

Have a flexible approach working in a team environment.

Precise and accurate data entry, with an attention to detail.

Ability to think out of the box.

Willingness to work under high pressure.

Smart/professional appearance.

Be ready to travel to meet clients and suppliers worldwide. Desirable to have:

Degree qualified with a good knowledge of the Aviation Industry will be considered an advantage.

ACMI - Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance & Insurance experience is required, and Operational, commercial and sales experience will be considered an advantage.
