For our office in Berlin, we are now looking for a Technical Support Engineer (m/f/x) to deliver excellent service to our customers by solving complex technical issues:

Requirements

  • you're responsible for our 2nd level support (networking issues, VoIP, Android and device troubleshooting)
  • you work on the technical cases in our ticket system and run regular system checks
  • you support launch interfaces with hospitality systems
  • you decrease our number of device returns by providing proactive support and good documentation
  • you liaise between our Development team and customer-facing departments
  • you take over technical projects like device testing or process optimization

Your profile:
  • an educational background in a technical field with at least 2 years of practical experience
  • a deep understanding of networks and network design
  • comprehensive knowledge of Linux and VoIP, ideally you're familiar with hospitality systems (PMS, POS)
  • a customer-oriented mindset and a high level of empathy
  • great organizational skills, you're attentive to details and motivated to succeed with cross-functional work
  • you speak English fluently, other languages are a plus
  • you are located in Berlin or are willing to work from home
