Warehouse manager

Purchasing and procurement

• Identify needs for food products, consumables, and equipment.
• Place purchase orders in accordance with internal procedures.
• Monitor deliveries and control the quality and quantity of incoming goods.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of responsible purchasing policies.

Logistics and stock management

• Organize the reception, storage, and distribution of food products and equipment.
• Ensure traceability and compliance with hygiene and safety standards (HACCP).
• Optimize stock management (rotation, inventories, monitoring of use-by/best-before dates).
• Plan deliveries and ensure maintenance of logistics equipment.

Budget management and reporting

• Analyze costs and consumption, proposing optimization strategies.
• Establish dashboards and performance indicators (food cost ratio, service rate, stock turnover, etc.).

Team management and coordination

• Supervise warehouse staff.
• Coordinate actions with kitchen, quality, maintenance, and management teams.
• Train and raise awareness among staff on hygiene, safety, and management best practices.

• The candidate must have a passport issued by a NATO country and be eligible to work in the EU.
• A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in logistics, purchasing, management, or collective catering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, purchasing, or collective catering. Proven experience in management and negotiation preferred.
• Knowledge of HACCP standards and public procurement regulations.
• Good understanding of food products and the catering supply chain.
• Strong analytical and cost optimization skills.
• Organized, and proactive.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
