Warranty Specialist

The warranty specialist’s main scope and responsibility is handling and managing warranty claims for the goods sold by the company. Their main role is to ensure that warranty coverage is correctly applied and that customers receive appropriate support and resolution for any issues covered by the warranty.

Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate warranty claims submitted by our customers
• Verify warranty eligibility based on predetermined criteria
• Conduct thorough physical inspections of returned and warranty goods to assess conditions, functionality, and potential defects
• Document findings from inspections, including detailed descriptions, photographs, and evidence to support warranty claims
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve warranty claims efficiently and effectively
• Provide exceptional customer support by answering inquiries
• Maintain accurate records and documentation 
• Collaborate with the technical team

• Solid spoken and written English language knowledge
• Excellent mechanical skills and experience in the Warranty field
• Proven experience in the automotive industry
