High-tech company developing software in the area of product search is seeking the right candidate to lead a new Web Development team.
Requirements
7-10 years of IT management experience; 4-5 years in web
development management
A proven track record of bringing complex web content from
design to delivery
Extensive knowledge of user interface design and usability testing methods
The ability to work with and manage geographically diverse teams
Familiarity with managing a departmental budget
Experience designing customer facing systems
Executive-level communication skills
A burning desire to work in a well-funded, fast-paced startup
environment
