Woodworking specialist

The purpose of the role: 

You will be responsible for improving manufacturing process of brand new production line. We will trust you to analyze large volumes of data and your job will be to figure out how to make mentioned production line efficient. 

Main duties:

• To plan and improve technological processes.
• To monitor the work process and follow the quality requirements throughout the technological process.
• Advise employees on the organization of production work, ways of economical, safe and efficient use of materials and equipment.
• Analyze work results, make suggestions for increasing production efficiency.

• Work experience in a similar position in a woodworking manufacturing company.
• Good communication and collaboration skills (in Latvian and in English).
• Good computer skills.
• Passion for newest technologies.
• Accurate and with a high sense of responsibility.
• Experience in optimizing production processes.
• Interoperable Covid-19 certificate.
