Workshop and Warehouse Coordinator

Logistics, shipping and warehousing

• Unloading and loading of forklift trucks;
• Goods (forklift trucks and equipment) receipt and shipping, including signing of relevant documentation;
• Keep stock records permanently;
• Inventory control;
• Maintain cleanliness in the warehouse;
• Maintain structure and order in the warehouse;
• Maintain stock of consumables.

Workshop processes

• Rental and UE fleet acceptance and damage reporting;
• Ensure availability of clean and painted trucks for rent and sales purposes: All STR trucks shall be cleaned, painted and maintained as soon as possible after receipt to Warehouse, to ensure maximum truck availability.Keep batteries charged (at least 1 charge per 2 months);
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the workshop (also demand from other staff);
• Give a notice and report about possible savings in repairs with a fair economic reasons.

Other tasks

Be a thrifty owner of the Warehouse and Workshop.

• Mechanical engineering education background;
