KEY DELIVERABLE
• Responsible for the management of the workshop
• Meeting sales and profit budgets
• Developing new technology capabilities
• Bringing about improvement in the equipments, machineries and utilities.
• People development and training
• Maintaining discipline in the workforce
• Ensuring compliance to QHSE requirements and processes
• Liaising with customers regarding queries and complaints.

Requirements
Should hold a degree or diploma in engineering.
Experience of which 5-7 years should have been in a position responsible for workshop management in a ship yard/ ship repair workshop. Experience in the middle east preferred. Should have sound knowledge of Machining, Fabrication, welding & Mechanics. Should have a network in the marine community.
Excellent analytical skills
• Good communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to understand the sensitivities of a multi national workforce.
• Should have a business and commercial acumen to help appreciate client and employee issue
• Sound technical knowledge of Machining, Fabrication, Welding & Mechanics is a must
