Your scope of work:

  • Cooperation with District Managers and Store Managers in the Baltic region
  • Providing expert advice on people management matters, including labor law and employee development processes
  • Monitoring recruitment needs in the region and conducting recruitment based on staff rotation, absences, long-term leaves, and planned openings of new stores
  • Analyzing HR reports, drawing conclusions, and recommending actions
  • Monitoring the onboarding process across the store network
  • Supporting Store Managers in using organizational systems
  • Closely collaborating with field structures on ongoing projects: recruitment, training, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Ensuring effective cooperation and communication within the team and across other departments in the company

Our expectations:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within retail - managing dispersed sales structures
  • Communicative knowledge of English (minimum B1)
  • Higher education (preferably in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields)
  • Valid driving license (category B)
  • Practical knowledge of labor law and HR processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel)
  • Ability to work independently, organize own tasks, and ensure high operational efficiency
  • Openness to mobile work within the Baltic region
  • Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing priorities
