Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect

Become a key player in delivering innovative, enterprise-grade solutions by joining EPAM's expanding Microsoft Business Applications practice as a Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect. High-impact initiatives combining Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and AI-powered capabilities such as Microsoft Copilot will be led in this role. Scalable architectures will be designed, and digital transformation with AI-driven solutions will be enabled through work with globally distributed teams and enterprise clients. Cutting-edge projects can be shaped, technology adoption can be influenced, and best practices can be defined across multiple industries through this position. • End-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform implementations is owned
• Discovery workshops are led, architecture assessments are conducted, and solution roadmaps are defined
• Application, integration, security, and data architecture aligned with enterprise standards are established
• AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and agent-based technologies are designed
• Architecture governance and compliance with technical best practices are ensured
• Pre-sales activities including estimations, proposals, and solution demonstrations are supported
• Business sponsors and executive stakeholders are collaborated with to align technology with strategic goals
• Engineering and consulting teams are mentored, fostering knowledge sharing and capability growth

• 7+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE and/or Microsoft Power Platform is required
• A proven track record in solution architecture for enterprise-scale implementations is needed
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate is expected
• Strong knowledge of Azure integration and security concepts is necessary
• Understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and governance processes is required
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills are essential
• Advanced proficiency in English for business and technical interactions is required

Nice to have

• Exposure to Power BI for analytics and reporting is a plus
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 ERP functionalities is beneficial
• Industry experience in healthcare, insurance, financial services, or manufacturing is advantageous
