Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and employee engagement? We’re looking for an experienced Communications Lead to join our dynamic Creative, Brand & Communication Unit on temporary contract for 1 year!

• Contribute to the development of the internal communication strategy.
• Execute the internal communication plan and coordinate with key stakeholders.
• Lead communication projects and drive employee engagement campaigns.
• Support the local management team in maintaining consistent communication flow.
• Create and manage day-to-day communication to ensure timely information flow across the organization.
• Participate in group-level communication planning and cross-country initiatives.
• Engage employees and leaders in external communication and marketing efforts.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets for internal communication activities.
• Track communication performance and report on key KPIs.
• Provide communication support to the crisis management team during critical situations and incidents.

• A bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, PR, Marketing, or Journalism.
• At least 2 years of experience in Communication, PR, Marketing, or Employer Branding.
• Excellent command of English (B2 level, both written and spoken).
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of tasks.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams.
• A team player with a proactive and hands-on approach.
• Actively engaged and ready to take initiative.
• Comfortable serving as a spokesperson when needed.
• Curious and eager to learn and explore new areas.
