Delivery and Operations Studio Manager

We are looking for an Agile Delivery expert and AI Champion to manage our Delivery and Operations Studio.

Studio Lead is a key leadership role within internal IT responsible for building and nurturing a high-performing “Studio” of delivery professionals.

You will play a key role in our journey towards excellence in Agile Delivery and AI Adoption into daily work

• People & Capability Leadership. You will be leading, mentoring, and developing people in our Cross-Nordic Delivery and Operations Studio towards professional growth and broader IT and business strategy. You will be responsible for Building and retaining world-class talent empowered and capable of taking initiative to drive Product goals to completion.
• Technical Excellence & Standards: Define and continuously improve best practices, standards, and tools within the Agile Delivery domain. Improve the daily ways of working and adapt AI across Studio processes. Drive consistency and quality of deliverables across the team. Transform the daily ways of working into highly efficient process and tools know-how in order to ensure Skill-based operations, compliance and security is in check with Agile delivery methods which support our Product Owners’ visions and goals.
• Strategic Alignment of Skills and Capacity: collaborate intensively with other Managers and Units to reach Product and Project goals.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to understand technical information.
• People Management and Leadership experience in a cross-country setup, experience in a Remote Leadership role
• Ability to dive into technical details. We are looking for a person who can also lead technical excellence, tools and AI usage across the team members
• A strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and the software development lifecycle
• Experience in driving CSI activities and standardization.
