Job Description

Are you interested in Customer Service in the world leading industrial coating resins company? We are looking for motivated and self-organized individual with "can do" attitude to join our team. In this role, you will support customers across the Middle East and Africa region, coordinating orders and resolving challenges. You will work closely with internal stakeholder to ensure full order processing and customer requirement, complaint handling. If you have a high focus on pro-active approach, you are detail-oriented and you have a strong communication and problem-solving skills, then we are waiting for your application!

Manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring timely order processing and issue resolution while anticipating customer needs.
Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via email and phone, delivering clear and accurate information.
Coordinate order fulfillment with Logistics, Planning, Sales, and Finance teams.
Perform accurate order entry and follow-up in the ERP system (SAP), addressing and resolving any order related changes and discrepancies as needed.
Ensure order processing in accordance to ship to countries’ import needs.
Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business, Logistics or other related field.
At least 1 year of experience in customer service, customer care, or a similar customer-facing role.
Experience with export logistics documents or experience with logistics processes would be an advantage.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with working knowledge of SharePoint and Teams.
Strong English language skills (written and spoken) to communicate with global organization stakeholders.
