Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be responsible for optimizing and improving our production processes to enhance efficiency, quality and safety and industrialize new products.

Perform the industrialization of composite products.
Design Jigs, Fixtures and molds for composite parts required for production.
Design and implement new production processes, including equipment selection and layout.
Analyze and improve existing manufacturing processes to minimize waste, reduce costs and cycle times.
Develop and implement strategies to streamline production processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
Prepare Process Flow Diagrams, P-FMEA and written instructions for production technicians.
Provide training and support to production staff on new processes and equipment.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Production Process Engineer or NPI Engineer.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including machining, assembly and testing.
Familiar with PPAP elements.
Proficiency in CAD software.
Experience working in ERP systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good written and spoken Latvian and English language.

Nice to have

Knowledge and proven experience working with composite materials and lay‑up processes is an advantage.
