Job Description

• Manage recruitment projects across Latvia.
• Publish job ads and manage candidates in Teamdash.
• Screen applications and conduct interviews.
• Arrange candidate visits and trial days in stores.
• Coordinate recruitment with store managers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

• Have previous recruitment experience.
• Speak fluent Latvian and very good English.
• Can independently manage recruitment processes.
• Are organised, proactive and reliable.
• Communicate confidently with candidates and managers.
• Are flexible and comfortable with varying workloads.
