Specialist Finance in Accounts Receivable team

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Post incoming bank payments to customer accounts;
• Clear payments on customer accounts;
• Monitor bank clearing related balance sheet accounts;
• Handle internal and external customer queries related to payments and postings;
• Produce accurate accounting reports;
• Identify errors and suggest process efficiency improvements;
• Perform period closing related tasks;
• Assist with internal and external audits;
• Participate in improvement projects.

• A degree in accounting or a related field
• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) to communicate with colleagues across Europe
• Experience with ERP systems (experience with Rumba or JDE will be considered an advantage)
• A precise, analytical, organized, solution oriented, and stress resistant personality
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, and strong team-player skills
