Accountant and Administrative Assistant
Archimede Solutions is hiring an enthusiastic and experienced accountant with the ability to manage administrative tasks, including financial and tax reporting, social charges handling, and payments.
The candidate must be able to work with a high level of autonomy and fully in English.
You will apply your skills to support our back office in close coordination with the head of administration. You can work remotely from home. Work time can be adapted to employee’s constraints and can be combined with another professional activity.
Requirements
Essential:
- Chartered accountant or equivalent degree (BA/BSc).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting, including VAT reporting.
- At least 2 years of experience with accounting software.
- Knowledge and practice of Business Central (Microsoft).
- European nationality.
- Fluent in English.

Duties
- Performing accounting tasks.

Candidates must demonstrate their experience and track record in accounting, salaries, insurances and reporting, with evidence of their ability. Ideal candidates have experience in managing accounting in various currencies and taking care of the social charges, as well as tax reporting.
