Job Description:

  • Coordination of shipments and order-related processes;
  • Website content updates and product information corrections;
  • Management of product access and basic inventory coordination;
  • Warehouse and showroom supervision (order, presentation, product placement);
  • Execution of assigned operational tasks and internal projects;
  • Preparation of simple analyzes and support tasks for the sales team.

Requirements:

  • Very good English skills, both written and spoken – mandatory;
  • Fluent Latvian language;
  • Good computer literacy and ability to work with business systems;
  • Strong organizational skills and sense of responsibility;
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain structure;
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to support different areas of the business.
