Amazon Marketplace Manager (Amazon.de & Amazon.es)

BF-ESSE, SIA
From 300 €/m Gross
100% remote work

About the role

BF-EssE is looking for an experienced Amazon Marketplace Manager to manage and grow our Amazon.de business and prepare our expansion to Amazon.es.

We currently sell three products in the food supplements category. The listings and core product content are largely complete. We now need a specialist who can take direct responsibility for advertising performance, weekly account optimization, commercial reporting and the launch of the Spanish marketplace.

The role suits someone who is comfortable working independently, making data-based decisions and explaining what was changed, why it was changed and what happened as a result.

Work format: Remote, freelance or part-time.

Cooperation: Long term.

Markets: Amazon.de and Amazon.es.

Products: Three active SKUs, with additional products planned.

What we expect

  • Proven hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Ads.
  • Relevant experience with Amazon.de or another European Amazon marketplace.
  • Ability to show measurable results from comparable accounts, preferably brands with a focused catalog.
  • Strong understanding of PPC structure, search-term analysis, bidding, budgeting and profitability.
  • Working knowledge of listing conversion, keyword research and organic ranking.
  • Clear weekly communication and disciplined documentation.
  • Fluent professional English.
  • German and/or Spanish is an advantage.
  • A strict compliance-first approach, including no artificial reviews or black-hat tactics.

What we offer

  • An existing Amazon.de account with three live products.
  • Listings that are largely complete, allowing the role to focus on performance and growth.
  • A defined advertising budget, adjusted according to results and agreed priorities.
  • Direct communication and fast decisions.
  • Long-term cooperation if the working process and results are strong.
  • An initial six-month agreement with compensation of €300 per month plus 5% of net delivered monthly revenue, excluding refunds.
  • A review of the cooperation and compensation structure after six months, based on performance and scale.

Main responsibilities

  • Complete an initial audit of Seller Central, account health, listings, advertising and historical performance.
  • Create a clear 30-day action plan and prioritize the highest-impact issues.
  • Manage Amazon PPC across the three SKUs, including automatic, manual and exact-match campaign structures where appropriate.
  • Review search terms, negatives, bids, placements and budgets every 7–14 days, with more frequent checks during launches.
  • Monitor sales, advertising spend, ACOS, TACOS, conversion rate, CPC, organic ranking and inventory risks.
  • Identify opportunities to improve listing conversion without unnecessary full rewrites.
  • Support compliant review acquisition through Amazon Vine, Request a Review and organic sales.
  • Prepare the Amazon.es launch plan, including catalog readiness, localization, keyword research and advertising structure.
  • Flag marketplace, catalog or compliance risks early and coordinate the required actions with our team.
  • Provide a concise weekly report covering performance, completed actions, current risks and next priorities.

Initial business goals

After the account audit, we want to agree on a realistic plan aimed at:

  • Growing combined sales toward 800–1,000 units per month.
  • Building a sustainable PPC structure, with a working ACOS target around 35–40% where product economics support it.
  • Preventing prolonged overspending above the agreed ACOS limit without prior approval.
  • Increasing the organic share of sales and improving keyword positions.
  • Growing genuine reviews through Amazon-compliant methods only.
  • Launching Amazon.es with a controlled budget and clear performance checkpoints.

These are business goals, not fixed promises expected from a candidate before the account data has been reviewed.

Application process

Please include the following with your application:

  • One or two relevant case studies showing the baseline, your actions, the timeframe and the result.
  • Your proposed approach for the first 30 days.
  • How you would divide attention and budget across three SKUs.
  • A sample weekly report or dashboard.
  • Confirmation that you accept the proposed compensation structure.
  • Your availability and confirmation of whether you will personally manage the account or delegate any work.

Shortlisted candidates may be invited to complete a paid account audit before a long-term agreement is signed.
