About the role

We are a SaaS company building management software for auto repair workshops.

We are entering the Latvian market and are looking for a hands-on Automotive Sales Specialist with real experience working with workshops.

This role is focused on direct conversations with workshops, understanding how they work in practice, and introducing a solution that helps them run their business more efficiently.

In the early phase, the focus is on talking to workshops, learning their workflows, and building long-term relationships. Sales activities will grow naturally from these conversations.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience working with automotive or auto repair workshops (e.g. spare parts sales, field sales, workshop support).
  • Comfortable communicating with workshop owners and managers (B2B).
  • Confident in having face-to-face and phone conversations.
  • Curious mindset and ability to ask practical, relevant questions.
  • Able to work independently and keep conversations moving forward.
  • Able to document key insights clearly (CRM, notes, summaries).
  • Latvian language required, English at a working level.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in spare parts sales or automotive field sales.
  • Experience visiting workshops as part of previous roles.
  • CRM experience.
  • Exposure to SaaS or digital tools for workshops.

Your responsibilities:

  • Talk directly with auto repair workshops (owners and managers).
  • Visit workshops and build relationships on-site.
  • Understand daily workshop workflows and common pain points.
  • Present our solution in a practical, workshop-friendly way.
  • Collect feedback and insights from real conversations.
  • Build and maintain a CRM list of workshops and contacts.
  • Support early customers and pilot workshops.
  • Share market feedback with the founder and product team.
