Backend Developer (.NET)

We're looking for a Backend Developer with good .NET experience to join our Development & Engineering Studio. You'll design, build, and maintain the services and APIs that power our business applications, working in a modern Azure-based environment alongside experienced developers, designers, and product owners. You'll have real influence on how our backend solutions are built, tested, and run, and the support to keep growing your technical skills.

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade scalable, secure, and reliable backend services and APIs using C# and .NET.
• Model and work with data in Microsoft SQL Server, writing efficient queries and maintaining a clean data layer.
• Deliver features end to end, from understanding requirements to implementation, testing, and release.
• Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code and take part in code reviews.
• Contribute to technical design discussions and apply sound architectural and engineering practices.
• Investigate and resolve defects and performance issues and help reduce technical debt.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines and Azure services to deliver and run your solutions reliably.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, product stakeholders, and the technical lead to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.

• Professional experience developing backend applications with C# and .NET / .NET Core.
• Good understanding of API design (REST), data modeling, and relational databases.
• Strong engineering fundamentals: object-oriented design, SOLID principles, clean code, and unit and integration testing.
• Experience working with Git and CI/CD workflows.
• Understanding of security, performance, and reliability considerations in backend systems.
• Good English communication skills.
