• Supervise the work of the cleaning, laundry and vehicle rental service teams, as well as ensure the functionality of assigned facilities and office space.
• Provide team management, as well as monitoring and control of task execution in accordance with quality standards, KPIs and contract requirements.
• Be the primary point of contact for matters related to facilities management, ensuring effective communication between departments, service providers and other involved parties.
• Ensure facility management in accordance with maintenance service requirements, including overseeing maintenance and repair work. Monitor and manage warehouse inventory.
• Support the planning and execution of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) work.
• Ensure that all defects and maintenance needs are recorded in the work order system and monitored until complete.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in both electronic and paper format in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare regular reports and spreadsheets on asset allocation, status, and incidents.
• Ensure facility compliance with HSE standards and SOPs, conduct regular safety inspections and provide support in the incident reporting process.

• At least 3+ years of experience in on-site service project management.
• Proven experience in supervising subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
• Knowledge in facility management, technical maintenance, and use of utility equipment.
• Higher education (bachelor's degree) or work experience in a related field is preferred.
• Strong planning and resource management skills.
• Orientation towards results and achieving set goals.
• Customer-oriented attitude and high level of professionalism.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Latvian and English, both written and oral, to communicate with clients, local and foreign colleagues, and service providers.
• Ability to work with data, numbers, reports, KPIs and MS Office, as well as good MS Excel skills.
• Proficient Latvian and English language skills, both written and oral, for communication with clients, colleagues, both local and foreign, and service providers.

• Competitive gross salary from EUR 2,500 to EUR 3,200, depending on the candidate's qualifications, experience and work results.
• Office near Ādaži and standard working hours at the facility from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 17:00. Work can be scheduled any day of the week, including weekends and/or public holidays.
