Beauty Center Development Manager (With knowledge of Russian language)

Staleks is the largest Ukrainian manufacturer of high-quality manicure and pedicure tools. The company was founded 29 years ago and is currently the market leader in Ukraine, successfully exporting its products to more than 90 countries worldwide. We are now open to cooperation with specialists for the position of Beauty Center Development Manager.

We are looking for a candidate who resides in Latvia, has at least 1 year of experience in active sales, speaks Latvian at a B2 level or higher, and is willing to travel for business trips.

Main responsibilities:

• Identifying and engaging training centers specializing in manicure, pedicure, and lash&brow services across the Baltic countries.
• Maintaining and strengthening communication with the existing client base.
• Achieving sales targets and goals related to onboarding new schools, as well as delivering on key focus tasks.
• Identifying opinion leaders and promoting the Staleks brand in the region.
• Searching for and participating in industry events (exhibitions, championships, congresses).
• Preparing and maintaining reports in Google Sheets.

• At least 1 year of experience in active sales.
• Fluent Ukrainian or Russian and English language skills.
• Latvian language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Knowledge of basic computer programs (MS Excel, MS Word).
• Understanding of how social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook operate.
• Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia).
• Having a driver's license / car is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
