Requirements
- You feel like working on your own responsibility for ongoing accounting, including accounts receivable and accounts payable, payment transactions and reconciling accounts
- You want to ensure the correct transfer of sales to the accounting department as well as the supportive collaboration with the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to UBG
- You would like to record or process incoming and outgoing payments, as well as general banking, cash bookings and the clarification of differences
- You want to process payment transactions and support you in dunning and debt collection
The difference you make:
- Completed commercial training with a focus on accounting, ideally with further training as an accountant and professional experience in the hotel industry
- Your pronounced affinity with numbers complements your precise way of working as well as your excellent analytical and solution-oriented way of thinking
- You have very good knowledge of using MS Office programs as well as advanced knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
- You are responsible, resilient, team-oriented and reliable
