Job Description

  • To organise, control and ensure smooth restaurant operation.
  • Ensure the maintenance of high level of service, production and quality standards.
  • Conduct financial and economic restaurant survey and prepare necessary reports.
  • Motivate and develop of personnel.

    • Requirements

  • Work experience in catering industry.
  • Understanding public catering regulations and processes.
  • Perfect personnel team-building and development skills.
  • High sense of responsibility, positive attitude, clear orientation towards achieving great results.
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Good knowledge of Russian would be an advantage.
